During quiet and uniform water boiling, the so called saturated steam is produced, i. e. the steam and water mixture, "mist", which contains some non-evaporated, microdroplet, suspended water. This steam is condensed not only on the skin of even non-sweating persons, but also in respiratory organs, causing difficult, short breathing.

The "light steam" is really the physically light steam, which does not contain suspended, microscopic, heavy water drops. This very steam is considered as appropriated for saunas and appreciated by their lovers. The general comfort level of the steam room microclimate is determined based on a complex theoretical dependence between the air temperature and humidity; since this dependence is not a linear one, it cannot be memorized. In any case, we, probably, do not need to memorize it. Everyone can individually determine this relation according to his or her preferences.

Occasional water adding, even if the water is poured on scorching stones in a standard electrical heater, results only in slight and short humidity rises in the steam room and do not actually solve the issue of general and durable comfortable temperature and humidity conditions.

On the contrary, often and durable pouring of stones with water leads to their accelerated cooling and to the lower steam quality, respectively. Besides, this hard water pouring sure impairs the electrical safety of a used device.

Taking into account the above facts, the Inzhkomtsentr VVD, LLC has developed, designed and started batch manufacturing of steam thermal electrical heaters with different power parameters and of different versions. The design of these heaters not only allows individual determining of temperature and humidity conditions, but also providing technical options, which make these adjustments easy, quick and comfortable. These heaters are based on a conceptually new superheated steam electrical generator (SSEG).

After installation of a steam thermal electrical heater, which is powerful enough, in your Russian (now, namely Russian!) sauna (the required heater power shall be determined using previous parameter relations: 1 kW per 1 m³), you can really control automatically the temperature in the steam room according to a value set for the control panel, and the humidity – manually, again according to a control panel value. The duration of the stem generation mode determines the humidity level in the room according to your individual feelings and preferences.

Absence of any complicated technical devices, as well as general easiness and safety of a steam generation circuit guarantee the reliable and secure operation of the whole system. Besides, a standard electrical heater zone with tubular heaters and steam producing stones, available in the steam thermal heater, allows standard steam discharging, i. e. "steam putting on".

The company also produces 2.25 to 18 kW self-contained superheated steam electrical generators (SCSSEG) in different housings and versions depending of a power, with output temperature of the superheated steam 300 to 330°C. SCSSEG can be installed in available saunas additionally to electrical or wood heaters previously installed, to provide comfortable humidity parameters. In this case, they are operated using an individual control panel with an ON/OFF option.

The standalone SCSSEG installation in steam rooms ensures stable temperature and humidity relations both in "Russian bath mode" and for lower or higher temperatures according to user's preferences, including the soft, low-temperature and high-humidity mode, i. e. delicate hamam mode (Turkish bath).

Hereby, the temperature (like standard electrical heaters) is set using a control panel, while the humidity corresponding to this temperature is determined by SCSSEG technical parameters provided by the manufacturer.

An additional option of saturated steam bleeding during the heater operation ensures the efficient aromatization of steam rooms and steaming of bath besoms, when a herbal steaming device or besom steamer, which are also manufactured by Inzhkomtsentr VVD, LLC, are installed in a saturated steam flow.
